Prayer is not something that should be done only on special occasions, but it should be something that we do every day. If we don't pray, it's very easy for our lives to fall into a routine where we don't take the time to reach out for help or guidance. If we don't seek God's face during the day, then what will happen when we are faced with adversity? How will we know what to do? What will happen if God doesn't answer our prayers? We say that the Lord is our refuge and strength, but then how are we supposed to know if He's there or not?
